Our role in the wireless telecommunications industry is to provide cost-effective and profitable alternatives to existing broadband service providers offering dial-up, cable-modem, ADSL or DSL services as well as legacy voice and data transport. We are forming strategic partnerships with equipment vendors, fiber providers, and government entities that will enable us to offer "best-of-breed" technology as it becomes available to all markets, from rural to large metros. We will accomplish this by utilizing innovative approaches to service delivery and customer service that will appeal to our broadband clients as well as meet the needs of our stockholders.

In this role, we will deliver broadband using a service platform that competes directly with all data providers by utilizing policy management to create tiered service levels that meet the subscriber's needs. Our offering will include packages addressing the customer's usage from a true 128 kbps for web surfing, chat and email, to mega-bit services for high-speed gaming and enterprise data transport.

Additionally, we believe our offering must include the highest level of customer service along with indoor performance, no-hassle no truck roll, same day service activation. Wireless technology is becoming the great equalizer in the telecommunications industry and broadband wireless will merge the advantage of portability with multi-megabit Internet speeds.
